About Natasha:
Natasa Papadogamvraki: Natassa’s journey in yoga started in 2002 and gave her the opportunity to explore the body-mind connection. The yogic principles improved her life, the change was so profound that she decided to get deeper into this knowledge and help spread the art of yoga.
In 2008 she started her yoga training and seminars in various styles of yoga.
She has also studied Thai massage. Natassa is an active member of Breath of life yoga instructors team, her muscle anatomy knowledge allows her to lead students in a safe practice.
Natassa has reiki 1and 2 level and since 2016 she has been studying MCKS pranic healing techniques, these practices allowed her to get deeper into the prana world. She is currently studying Arithmosophy.
