Yorgos Sioras Deligiannis:

He has been a yoga teacher since 2009 and, since 2016, has been involved in education, research, and creative work across the broader fields of dance and somatic practices. He studied and taught at the Greek National School of Dance in Athens and has worked for many years as a yoga teacher trainer. He is also the co-founder and curator of Paleohori Eco Art Space, an international educational initiative in Lefkada focusing on dance, ecology, and somatic practices.

His extensive experience in yoga, dance, education, and somatic research informs a contemporary approach to teaching that does not view the body as something to be shaped into an ideal form. Instead, his approach begins with careful observation and attentive listening to each body and each person, both as a distinct individual and in relation to their environment
